Bought a pack last month and so far it’s been pretty helpful! I grind my nails down to nothing and it’s been like that since I was a kid.
I usually use gum, and yeah that works too. But it eventually looses the form if you chew it for too long and gets all gross tasting. For me at least. I have texture sensitivities and it really helps to have one consistent texture. I like the stealth bites cause it’s just like that and I can chew it for long periods of time. I also have chronic dry mouth due to my medication. And this helps with that also.
